As I said in the video, I’m not a nutritionist, dietitian etc and this is just what I eat and do after my eating disorder battles. I’m not telling anybody else what they should do, I’m simply sharing what I do as it was very highly requested – I know that people are curious and find inspiration from several sources, so if I can just be one of those and show that you CAN just ‘eat normally’, then I’ll be delighted! I’ll have lots of videos in 2015 about how to reach this point that I’m now at, but I need to have a foundation of these healthy habits videos there, to refer people to in the future, as it’s literally impossible to cover every single thing in a ten minute YouTube video 🙂 I wish I was magic, but alas, I am a mortal. Wah! Hope yous enjoy and please please please give me your genuine feedback on my routine and the video in general in the comments section as I’d love to know what yee think!
