Question by Emily: Can anyone give me a specific gym routine to lose weight and tone?
I hate to say it but unfortunately I lost myself and gained a lot of weight. I am a 20 year old female, 6 feet tall and 260 pounds. I am new to the whole “fitness” thing. Obviously I know that running and any type of cardio will drop pounds but I have also heard of the weight loss “plateau”. I joined a gym with my mom so she can help keep me motivated but I want to know what to do on what days so I can do this right. I don’t want to just run off the weight so that I have no butt. Please help me figure this out, thank you.

Do both cardio and some weight training. Can’t avoid plateaus. You just have to stay motivated, keep the eating healthy and exercising. And you should learn to love 3-5 exercises, sports, hobbies, to get out and exercise every day.
