For example, does it protect Orthodox Jewish, Catholic, Orthodox Christian, Evangelical, and Muslim organizations from having to provide free abortifacient drugs to employees as “health” insurance?

It doesn’t force those people to take the drugs. It just gives them the option. So it’s perfectly fine.
